HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?
Whether you decide to come along with your youth group or drop off, H&DCYC are committed to supporting you as you disciple the young people in your church all year round. So do chat to us about how we can help your youth group make the most out of their camp experience!
We have groups that come to us from around the country. Due to our wide age range, each group finds their place at H&DCYC.
Most of our young people come for the first time by friends inviting them or youth groups attending. They often go through all the camps as campers and then go onto being a leader! Most of our leadership team attended H&DCYC as campers and became Christians here!
This is why camp is so special to us. As it is not only where we as leaders had our lives changed, but every year we see young people come to know Jesus as their saviour.
Why wouldn’t we want to be a part if that?!
What is a group?
A group is a number of campers who have been encouraged to book in by the Group Contact who is registered with the H&D Bookings Administrator. Leaders, Junior Leaders, Inheritance campers and Team Kids accompanying parents are not included.
There are no minimum of maximum number of campers in a group, but there are discounts when a group gets to over 7.
The Group Contact promotes the camps, arranges for bookings and liaises with the H&D Bookings Administrator.
Nearer the camp, they remind campers about the balance of fees, and chase up if required.
WHAT ARE YOUR OPTIONS?
Come with.
We would LOVE to have youth leaders join us for the week as its great to get new team members and you will already have the familiarity of knowing your youth.
All of the campers will be provided a tent by H&DCYC. Sharing a tent on camp is a great way to meet new friends! Team camp in the leaders village.
Drop off.
If you have a group that want to come, but as youth leader you can’t attend, don’t worry!
We have an amazing team who can take over once you’ve booked them on and dropped them off. Each person on team has had a DBS check and a reference from their church.

YOUTH GROUP DISCOUNTS
Early Bird Discount
We offer an early booking price for all campers where bookings are received by 31st January. For groups, this is extended to bookings received by 28th February!
GROUP DISCOUNT
If you bring a youth group over 7 campers, each camper is entitled to £10 off if they’re attending Explorer or Discovery. If you need to split your group over the two camps, the discount still applies.
Sibling Discount
Our sibling/household discount entitles you to £15 off each additional camper, after one is booked on full price. This discount can be used in conjunction with our group discount.
