Annual General Meeting — Saturday 20th November

We would like to invite all H&D leaders, church representatives and friends of H&DCYC to our Annual General Meeting on Saturday 20th November at Salisbury Baptist Church - Brown Street, SALISBURY, SP1 2AS. The AGM will be a chance to reflect on the summer camps and share together our plans for summer 2011.

Setup and Takedown 2011 — Help needed

If you can lend a hand on Saturday July 23rd, Sunday July 24th or Tuesday evening July 26th please let know! Never put a huge marquee up before — now's your chance! We also need help to take it all down again on Saturday 20th August.

Leaders Training Day — To be confirmed

Please make every effort to attend this day so that important programme and safety requirements can be passed on. A great chance to build the teams for this years' camps.
